Call for Hosting Proposals

At its 2014 Meeting of Members in Québec City, Canada, The Alliance Board has established a Biennial Global Conference and General Assembly Venue Selection Protocol. The protocol is a list of rules for the submission of general assembly and global conference hosting proposals.

As the 2017 General Assembly will be held in the Asia-Pacific Region, the Alliance considers host proposals from Asia-Pacific members exclusively. 

Please follow these steps:

1. Download and read the Global Conference Protocol - here

2. Download and complete the host proposal form - here

3. Attach the completed host proposal form to your proposal e-mail and send to 2017@ica.coop

The deadline for proposals is 15 February 2015, 5pm Central European Time.
