ICA General Assembly 2026 online

The International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) invites Full Members to an online General Assembly to be held 18 June 2026 from 13:00 to 15:00 (Belgian time). This General Assembly must be convened yearly by the end of June according to Belgian law. The main topics include:

  1. Amendments to the Articles of Association and Internal Rules
  2. Approval of the annual audited accounts 2025
  3. Re-appointment of the Statutory Auditor for three years
  4. Approval of the 2026 budget
  5. Confirmation of the mandate of the At-large Directors appointed by the ICA Board by co-optation and announcement of new Directors


The formal convening notice will be sent to members no later than 19 May and will include the final agenda. The principal documents necessary for the General Assembly deliberations will be sent to members no later than 4 June.

The General Assembly will be live streamed for observers, Associate Members and Full Members who are not eligible to vote.
