The 2026 Summer School promises to build on the success of past editions, using the inclusive, international format that has attracted participants from dozens of countries. The course is well suited for anyone working or interested in cooperatives from lawyers and regulators to cooperative managers, activists, scholars, and those involved in public policy.

Beyond classroom learning, the program offers participants exposure to real-world cooperative enterprises, as well as a chance to stroll through the historic city of Pula, enriching the learning experience with cultural and social interaction. Organizers highlight the importance of linking legal design with cooperative identity and sustainable development, stressing that good law can reinforce cooperative resilience and integrity globally.
