We are pleased to launch the brochure "A matter of principle: Co-operatives in development". The publication reflects on the role that co-operatives play in international development and the added-value of the co-operative model at regional and global level, taking as a starting point the seven co-operative principles.
This publication has been a joint effort between the global and the regional offices in the framework of the #coops4dev partnership between the Alliance and the European Commission on co-operative development and has as its main objective to showcase success stories of co-operatives development that highlight the inherent synergy between cooperative values and sustainable development for all.
