Harsh Mukeshbhai Sanghani is President of the ICA Youth Committee and Youth Representative to the ICA Global Board, the first person of Indian origin elected to this role. Since 2025, he has worked alongside young cooperators across the world to transform the Youth Committee into a more active, connected, and self-reliant global network.
Together, we have expanded regional engagement, strengthened youth representation in international forums including the ICA Board and United Nations dialogues, and built new pathways for young people to lead, not just participate, within the cooperative movement.
Harsh is also Founder and President of the Indian Youth Cooperative Society (IYCS) and Chairman of Ray Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd., bringing hands-on entrepreneurial and institution-building experience to the movement.
Seeking a second term, his vision centers on a Youth Committee that stands on its own: financially self-sustaining, structurally inclusive through active working groups open to all members, and globally ambitious with initiatives like the Model ICA General Assembly and the Global Cooperative Youth Leadership Summit.
His message to young cooperators everywhere: this is not his committee to lead alone. It is our movement to build together.
