Membership application forms

If you’d like to be a part of something really special then join us!

Candidate organisations should complete the Membership Application Form and provide the ICA with the following required supporting documents in English, French or Spanish:

  • Statutes / Rules / Bylaws of your organisation
  • Annual Report / Audited Financial Statements
  • Certificate of Registration

Your application will be reviewed at the national, global and regional levels before it is submitted for consideration by the Membership Committee of the Board of the ICA. The candidate organisation will be advised of the decision shortly after it is made.
