The International Cooperative Alliance's Articles of Association and Internal Rules define the organisation, its structure and operating policies.
The current Articles of Association were adopted at the General Assembly held in Brussels, Belgium on 28 June 2023 and amended at the General Assembly held in Manchester, United Kingdom on 2 July 2025.
