The February issue of our monthly newsletter is now available in English, French and Spanish! With a new look and feel, this edition is a special one. The template was designed by the worker co-operative Calverts from London, in collaboration with the Alliance’s communications officers of regional and sectoral organisations. It has also been re-branded with a new name: Co-operative insider.
Co-operatives fighting poverty is the main theme of this issue’s special section, which includes four articles revealing how co-operatives can improve incomes and a life with dignity.
The newly added Co-operative Buzz section highlights the latest news from across the global co-operative movement. In the Co-op Story of the Month section our Regional Director for Asia-Pacific, Balu Iyer, takes a journey down the memory lane to look at Indian coffee worker co-ops.
The newsletter also includes an update on the #coops4dev ICA-EU partnership, as well as news from sectors and regions and a list of the upcoming events.
