Saigon Co.op operates the supermarket business. They distribute quality goods to cooperative members to consumers through multiple retail formats (supermarkets, hypermarkets, shopping mall, TV shopping, online, etc.) They also invest in import and export products and production factories. Many of the goods that they distribute to their members come from cooperatives. Saigon Co.op, by their negotiation power, provides the products (offered by suppliers in the market) to sell in the 26 cooperative member stores. In that way, they can get the products at lower cost since they cannot negotiate directly with big suppliers.  They also support the members in training staff to operate the store if they require.
