Cherry Ann P. Adayo graduated Cum Laude at Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) with a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics and is a licensed professional teacher. Her cooperative journey started in 2018 at MSU-IIT NMPC and became a member of its Youth Committee from 2019-2024. She got elected and served as MASS-SPECC Board Director representing the Youth Sector (2020-2024) , then led the Cooperative Youth Parliament (CYP) as its President.
Today, she works as the Youth Program Staff of MASS-SPECC, a cooperative federation in Mindanao, dedicated to supporting the next generation of leaders.
