Ramil Nasybullin is a cooperative educator and youth leader from the Russian Federation, dedicated to empowering young people through education, leadership, and international cooperation. As Head of the Career Center at UTEP of Centrosoyuz of the Russian Federation, he works to strengthen links between students, employers, and cooperative organizations, helping young professionals build meaningful careers while promoting cooperative values.
With experience in educational leadership, project management, and hospitality operations, Ramil has led career development initiatives, built partnerships with more than 50 employers, and organized youth programmes that have benefited hundreds of students.
An active member of the ICA Youth Committee, he is passionate about increasing youth participation, fostering international collaboration, and sharing best practices in cooperative education. Recognized nationally for his contributions to cooperative development and education, Ramil is committed to building a stronger, more connected global cooperative movement where young people are empowered to lead, innovate, and create lasting positive change.
