ABDUL FATTAH Abdullah holds a PhD in Development Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He has over two decades experience specifically on the development of youth and community cooperatives. Since 2013, he has served as President of ANGKASA, Malaysia's national cooperative apex body. At the regional level, he serves as Vice President of the ICA-Asia Pacific Regional Board and has been President of the ASEAN Cooperative Organization (ACO) since 2014. He is also Chair of ICA-AP Trade & Business Committee.
His exceptional leadership in fostering cross-border networks and cooperative development earned him the prestigious ICA-AP Inspirational Cooperative Leader Award in 2023.
