Born in Paris, Bastien Sibille is Secretary General of Coop FR, the confederation representing 21,600 French cooperatives. He is also President of the Milliard initiative and Vice President of the Labo de l’ESS. Co-founder and President of the Mobicoop cooperative and of the alliance of cooperatives for the transition of Les Licoornes, he graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Montreal. A strong advocate of international cooperation, closely connected with emerging and innovative cooperatives, and fluent in English, he wishes to contribute to the Board through his experience and participation in the collective work of the ICA.
