He led the hosting of ICA Global Assembly 2024, launched the International Year of Cooperatives 2025 in New Delhi, serves as Chairman of IFFCO, and is a former President of NCUI. A four-time Member of Parliament and former Cooperation Minister, he champions “Prosperity through Cooperation”, leading 35,700 cooperatives representing over 50 million farmers and driving IFFCO to unprecedented success.
