On 17 October 2019, ICA’s General Assembly was held in Kigali, Rwanda. The ICA General Assembly approved changes to the Articles of Association that touch upon the decision-making methods of the ICA, specifically the dates of ICA’s General Assemblies and the option to hold virtual General Assemblies. The adoption of these changes must be acted before a Belgian notary as per Belgian law.
For this reason, the ICA must hold an Extraordinary General Assembly at a notary office, on 16 December 2019, in Brussels, Belgium. The following attachments provide more details:

In accordance with the Statutes and the regulations of the ICA, members who are not present may provide their votes by proxy to Mr. Roelants (Director General) who will act as sole proxyholder before the notary in Belgium.
