Marlon R. Roño is the Chairperson of One Cooperative Federation (OCF), and President of MagCoop Multipurpose Cooperative (MAGCOOP). He also leads Magsaysay People Resources Corporation, supporting more than 45,000 professionals across maritime, hospitality, engineering, healthcare, and technology sectors. A respected maritime leader, he serves as President of the Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council and Chairman of the Philippine Joint Maritime Group. He advances cooperative and community development through OCF, MAGCOOP and Homer Foundation, Inc. He holds a Business Management degree from Ateneo de Davao University and an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University.
