The International Summit of Co-operatives' co-hosts unveil 100+ Speakers

The International Summit of Cooperatives, the world's leading event for business development in the cooperative and mutual community, will be held from October 11 to 13 in Quebec City, Canada.

During those three days, participants, some affiliated with cooperatives and others not, will take a look at the new socio-economic and geopolitical realities in the company of some of the world’s leaders in their fields. We will then get to review the engines of growth and the most promising options for tackling sectoral challenges and opportunities. Finally, we will take part inworkshops designed to identify concrete actions for resolving the key issues around the world.

Participants will also be able to take part in an activity entitled “Cooperatives and Mutuals in Action, Rebuilding after Natural Disasters – How Could They Join Forces to Be More Effective?” We will try to answer this question with Keshab Prasad BADAL - Chairman, National Co-operative Federation Ltd and Jocelyn SAINT-JEAN - Director General, Fédération des caisses populaires haïtiennes Le Levier.
