Mr. Mesfin is a seasoned banking professional with over 36 years of experience in Ethiopia’s financial sector, including senior roles at the National Bank of Ethiopia, Construction and Business Bank, Addis International Bank, and the Institute of Banking and Insurance. He currently serves as Board Chairperson of Awach SACCOs and Managing Director of Wise Business Consultant. Holding degrees from Addis Ababa University and Napoli University, he is a UNIDO‑certified international trainer in credit analysis and project financing, committed to advancing cooperative growth and sustainable financial development.
