In the Spotlight: Youth

The ICA Youth Network has been very active during the IYC. The ICA’s CoopArt Competition for youth just closed and the winner will be announced soon. 

During the week of 2 July, stories.coop will focus on youth in co-operatives. The Young Cooperative Leaders Forum was held in June on Youth – the Present and the Future of the Co-operative Movement.

Representatives in the Asia-Pacific region have created a newsletter called Young & Co-operating, and in the Americas region, the Regional Youth Committee is writing a book on the experience of youth in the co-operative movement and will co-ordinate and organise the Youth Congress 2013.
