The ICA’s Articles of Association and Internal Rules of the General Assembly set out the composition of the Board of Directors and the method by which Directors are elected or appointed. The Internal Rules of the Board of Directors and Standing Orders: General Assembly Procedures set out further provisions respecting the election and appointment of Directors. These Standing Orders supplement and complete those provisions.
